Banco Ciudad will hold an online auction on May 21 in the City of Buenos Aires, offering properties from vacant inheritances. The base prices will be in dollars, with accessible values for housing, developments, or investments.
The Attorney General's Office of the City will be responsible for the auctions, which will feature eight properties distributed in different neighborhoods such as Retiro, Mataderos, La Boca, Constitución, Villa Crespo, Parque Patricios, and Villa Urquiza.
Among the available properties is a 3-room apartment at Martín Rodríguez 1151 with a base of US$40,000 in Retiro, an apartment at San Juan 1750 with a base of US$42,000 in Constitución, and another one in Villa Crespo. A 3-room residence at Julián Álvarez 548 with a base of US$65,000 is also highlighted.
Transactions will be made in pesos at the selling exchange rate of Banco Nación on the day prior to the auction. Interested parties can participate through the site subastas.bancociudad.com.ar, with the assurance that the funds raised will be allocated to the Permanent Educational Fund.
Regarding specific properties, a 3-room apartment at Talcahuano 1021/23 with a base of US$105,000, a house at Galván 3414 in Villa Urquiza on a 224m² lot with a base price of US$240,000, and a house at Severo García Grande de Zequeira 5807 in Mataderos with a base of US$96,509 stand out.
It is important to mention that participation in the auction requires prior registration and a refundable guarantee deposit.
